These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bs77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. If the investigation confirms a material breach of eligibility requirements, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at bs77. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bs77 will close all duplicate accounts, aggregate any balances into the oldest verified account or void all balances at its discretion, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the bs77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform:

• Deposits are credited to the player's casino account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bs77 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set at the cashier level and are displayed to the player at the time of the deposit request. These limits may vary by payment method.

bs77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker variants, or coordinate betting in a way that exploits the platform's payout structure.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, bs77 may take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets and bonus balances; withhold or forfeit the account balance; report the conduct to relevant authorities; and/or take legal action to recover any losses suffered by bs77 as a result of the prohibited conduct.

bs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, prohibited conduct provisions, or the bonus abuse policy.
• bs77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, unauthorised account access, or any other form of deception in connection with the account.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or closure under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.
• bs77 is required to close the account by applicable law, court order, or direction from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by bs77 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the player's own request, or due to a regulatory requirement), any verified balance net of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days.

The bs77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bs77. Use of any bs77 trademark without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to claims for trademark infringement, passing off, or unfair competition under applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted on a confidential basis. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
